优秀潜水员的第一项技能不是下水,而是会说“今天不潜”。A great diver’s first skill is not getting in—it is knowing when to say, “Not today.”
必须与认证家长/监护人或 PADI 专业人士同潜;最大 12 米。Dive with a certified parent/guardian or PADI Professional; maximum 12 m.
身体准备好Body ready
生病、鼻塞、耳痛、异常疲倦,或医疗表有“是”——告诉大人和教练,先不潜。Sick, congested, ear pain, unusually tired, or a ‘yes’ on the medical form—tell an adult and instructor; do not dive yet.
心情准备好Mind ready
害怕、被催促或不想下水,都可以叫停。任何潜水员,任何时间,都能结束潜水。Scared, pressured, or just not feeling it? Stop. Any diver can end any dive at any time.
水性准备好Water ready
正式课程会确认游泳和漂浮能力。不会或不舒服不是丢脸,是需要继续练习。Your course checks swimming and floating ability. Needing more practice is useful information, never a failure.
潜水不是勇敢比赛。早点说出来,才是真勇敢。Diving is not a bravery contest. Speaking up early is real courage.
家长提示:不同培训机构、地区法规与潜店可能有更保守的年龄、深度和监护限制;始终执行最严格的一条。Parent note: agencies, local laws, and dive operators may set stricter age, depth, or supervision limits. Always follow the most conservative rule.
